When it comes to estate planning, we work hard with you now to lessen the expense and stress related to the probate process that your family may face upon your passing. We also create guardianships to protect the legal rights of individuals so they don’t become wards of the state. This is accomplished by establishing orders to place individuals with someone who will look out for them when they can’t do that for themselves.
